Deliveries
Can I have same day delivery?
Same day delivery is available on orders in the local Kensington area only (SW3, 5, 7, 10 & W8). All other orders are for next day unless specified otherwise. For next day delivery, orders must be received by 1:30pm the day before. If you have missed the cut off please call our store 0207 373 3041 and we will try our very best to organise your delivery next day but we cannot guarantee it.
What time will my flowers be delivered?
We are unable to guarantee delivery times on normal orders. All orders are delivered during the working day (between 9am and 6pm). Funerals are the exception when we will endeavour to deliver at least one hour before the funeral time. However if you have a specific timed delivery we will always endeavour to achieve it for you (this may incur an additional charge).
Can I have delivery within a few hours?
In some cases this may be possible i.e. within a three hour time frame at an extra cost in the local Kensington area only. Please call our store on 0207 373 3041 if you need such a timed delivery.
Where do you deliver in UK?
Flowers Inc deliver nationwide.
If the recipient is out when delivery is made what happens?
If the recipient is not at home when the florist calls we will leave your order with a neighbour and post a calling card to let the recipient know where the flowers have been left.. If there are no neighbours to leave you order with, a card will be posted at recipient address with the phone number to re-arrange delivery.
What if the delivery is to a work address, a hospital, or hotel i.e. a third party delivery?
If your order is for delivery to a non residential address please try to provide as much information as possible. Please include the business name, department, hospital ward, hotel room numbers etc. Also please give if possible the recipients mobile phone number.
Do you deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays?
There is no delivery service on Sundays and bank Holidays. Mothers day is the only Sunday that we have a delivery service. Orders received for delivery on Sunday or Bank Holiday will automatically be processed for delivery on the next working day.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been submitted, you can log in to your account and check the status. The status of orders once they've been dispatched is 'Shipped'. We can also notify you once we've dispatched the order via email, simply let us know in your 'Order Comments' when completing your order.
What delivery service do you offer on Peak trading Days i.e. Valentines Day, Mothers day, Christmas?
During the above peak times the large volume of orders being processed through our system may affect our usual delivery patterns, cut-off times etc. Specific details of any changes will be posted on our site during these periods.

Do you have a Quality and value guarantee?
All orders are covered by the following guarantee:
That every order delivered by Flowers Inc will be of good quality in good condition and to the full retail value on the day of delivery. Delivery will be made on the date specified. Where sufficient lead time is given, funeral orders will be delivered at the time requested.
Every florist has its own unique style of floristry and flower availability - please bear this in mind when ordering as some flowers may be subject to substitution without prior notification to expidite your order. If you do have any specific request please call our store on 0207 373 3041 for further advice.

Do your prices include VAT?
All prices quoted include VAT. If you require a VAT invoice, please let us know in your 'Order Comments' and we'll either email or post you a copy.
